The Prima Large Format Industrial Heat Press is the ultimate solution for industrial-scale transfer printing. This machine features a pneumatically operated twin reciprocating table heat press that is ideal for very high volume production, while keeping operator fatigue to a minimum. The pneumatic operation allows for easy replication of exact pressure with every press cycle, reducing mistakes caused by operator fatigue and improving overall output quality.
The Prima heat press also boasts an innovative cartridge-based heating element that replaces older, single continuous cast aluminium style elements. This cartridge system has multiple, individually replaceable elements, allowing for cost-effective replacement of a single cartridge as needed.
With a size range of 100x120cm to 120x170cm, the Prima industrial pneumatic heat press can handle a wide variety of materials, including flags, banners, and textiles of different thicknesses as well as hard and soft signage. The digital control panel allows for easy temperature and pressure adjustments, while the automatic pressure adjustment and release feature ensures an efficient and safe operation.
Additionally, the Prima heat press is designed with durability in mind. The machine features a sturdy steel frame and high-quality components that ensure long-term reliability and performance.
Overall, the Prima large format heat transfer machine is an excellent investment for commercial printing businesses and large-scale production facilities. Its advanced features, including the cartridge-based heating element and pneumatically operated twin reciprocating table heat press, make it a versatile and reliable machine that can handle even the largest printing tasks with ease, while minimizing operator fatigue.
