Shipping policy

Delivery Schedule:
Orders placed before will be dispatched on a next day delivery service excluding weekends. All orders placed before 3pm on Friday would be expected to be delivered to you Monday. Weekend and AM delivery can be arranged but please contact us for a quote.

We ship out all orders before 3pm for next day delivery, however next day delivery can not always be guaranteed as an order could be delayed for the following reasons. We cannot take responsibility for any knock-on effect these delays may have on your own customer demands so please be aware that delays may occur.

(a)   Stock shortage

(b)   Item manufacturing isues

(c)   Adverse weather conditions

(d)   Courier collection error (see Delivery Information for further information on delivery)

(e)   Unforeseen staff shortages

Delivery is via a pallet courier for which a signature will be required.
