Pallet or courier — how and when your wholesale order reaches you.
🚛 Pallet delivery
Orders containing items at risk of breakage in transit are offered pallet delivery only. The cost is worked out by volume and weight and charged by quarter, half or full pallet — shown at checkout once you have entered your delivery address.
📦 Courier delivery
If nothing in your order is at risk of breakage and the total weight is under 130kg, you will also be offered a courier option, priced by total order weight.
⏱️ Dispatch schedule
Orders placed before 3pm Mon–Fri are dispatched on a next working day service (UK mainland). Weekend orders are processed on Monday.
Delivery schedule (UK mainland)
Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched on a next working day delivery service (UK mainland only). We cannot guarantee on-time delivery and do not compensate for late deliveries.
Pallet delivery is via the UPN pallet network; courier delivery is via DPD or DHL. Deliveries take place between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday, and someone will need to sign on arrival.
Delivery charges
The website calculates your delivery price automatically at checkout from the weight and volume of your order. We reserve the right to change it if we believe it to be incorrect — we will always contact you first.
Collection
Collection from our Carlisle warehouse can be arranged. Please contact us before placing your order and allow 24 hours before collecting.
Outside UK mainland & international
For delivery outside the UK mainland, or internationally, please get in touch for a quote.
